Juliana did not originally set out to be a family law attorney. However, shortly into law school she discovered that the practice of family law was complementary to her personality, her drive, and her convictions for public policy. I realized that family law was primarily driven by real-life experiences and issues confronted by everyone in our communities, directly or indirectly. I was instantly drawn to the field for its personal contacts with clients, Juliana says.

Juliana particularly enjoys one of the areas of family law that sets McKinley Irvin apart: the motions practice. She works well with the deadlines, pressures, and challenges of successful litigation. Says Juliana, every case is a new challenge and sets forth new issues. It's always a thrill to identify all the various issues involved in a case and create a winning game plan to implement the goals of the client.
