    On May 3, 2013, Governor Inslee signed into law the Uniform Collaborative Law Act ("UCLA"). This law formally establishes Collaborative Law as a unique legal process to resolve legal issues distinct from mediation, arbitration, and traditional adversarial (court) processes.
