Kim Schnuelle Appointed Family Law Commissioner Pro Tempore

We would like to congratulate Kim Schnuelle for her appointment as Commissioner Pro Tempore in the King County Superior Court, Family Law Motions Calendar.

As a Commissioner Pro Tempore, Kim Schnuelle will be called to preside over matters in Family Court when a sitting Commissioner is unavailable.

Candidates for Commissioner Pro Tempore are chosen based on their experience and knowledge, as well as their ability to: objectively identify, analyze and interpret legal issues, principles and arguments; exercise appropriate judicial temperament and demeanor; and effectively handle pressure in difficult and unexpected situations.

Kim has a strong reputation in King County as a family law attorney, a former prosecuting attorney in the King County Family Support Division, and as a regular author of legal articles in the King County Bar Bulletin. She has also been recognized by her peers as a Washington Super Lawyer and peer-review rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.

We applaud Kim for continuing to serve the families of our community in her new role as a Commissioner Pro Tempore.
