Announcing Family Law Temporary Order Arbitration Services
As the courts are currently limiting and postponing temporary order hearings due to the Coronavirus, McKinley Irvin is offering another way to quickly obtain family law temporary orders that are enforceable by the Court.
Family law attorneys can use arbitration to help clients resolve temporary orders in an effective and timely manner during this unprecedented time. In compliance with social distancing guidelines, temporary order arbitration will be held remotely via videoconference or teleconference for the safety of all participants.
Our arbitrators, Cameron J. Fleury, Jamie R. Walker, Theresa R. Lorella, and Kim Schnuelle, have substantial experience in family law matters and a deep understanding of the legal, financial, and emotional elements of family law issues. Their extensive experience allows them to review and resolve all family law matters, including cases that involve complex issues, in a fair and equitable manner.
