David Starks Appointed to Serve as Section Advisor

MI Partner David Starks was appointed by the ABA International Law Section to serve as the Section Advisor to the Drafting Committee on the Implementation of the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children. This committee was created by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws for the purpose of revising the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction And Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) to implement the 1996 Hague Convention.
