Bellio received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at Lewis and Clark Law School in Oregon, where she served as associate editor of Animal Law Review and president of the Crime Victim’s Rights Alliance. She is an active member of the Oregon State Bar and Oregon Women Lawyers Association.
