She is known for her proactive communication style, her ability to genuinely listen, and her focus on empowering clients for the road ahead.

A native of Suffolk, Virginia, Haley earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law, where she received multiple academic honors. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest’s hiking trails and pursuing her lifelong love of singing.
